@omgitskait_: This is our first time trying a Mangosteen, have you tried a one before? 🤩 One of the things I have always craved about traveling was being able to experience all the fruits & different flavors from all over the world that I have no idea exists because it's not native to where l'm from Just so you know, this lil fruit video is my dreams happening live action😂 So, here's what you need to know about Mangosteens: • Mangosteens are are nicknamed "The Queen of Fruits" • They are actually native to Southeast Asia, but are cultivated in some tropical areas of Central American & the Caribbean • They're in season early summer through early winter • The taste is insane! It has a sweet-tart tropical flavor with hints of lychee, peach, strawberry, pineapple, & caramel/butter. It's perfectly sweet & tart all at the same time • Until 2007, importation of Mangosteen was actually illegal in the United States over fears of introducing the Asian fruit fly to domestic crops #fypシ #xbcyza #mangosteen #couples #newfruit
