for anyone needs it look up #pickingmeoverskinpicking it's a support group for all BFRBs but specialized for dermatillomania! every 1st and 3rd tusday night it's a support group over zoom. all are welcome and it's from people all over the world!

I pick my back, my scalp, my face, my legs, my arms. It never ends and I’m getting so over it. I say I’m going to stop but here I am again. I’m just so done with hating myself and my body for it.

I feel seen, for the first time.. sometimes I forget about all of the scars but some days I'm way too aware and feel so ashamed

I don’t think I’ve ever felt so seen. I’ve struggled for many years and I never realized what it really was. Some days I just can’t stop picking at my legs. I have scars that are huge on my legs.
