a good way to use that flour is mix with a good bit of seasoning, mix into a liquidy batter, cook like a pancake, then deep or air fry.

flour might be more than the packet but you get a LOT more out of it. Plus you can freeze the flour to a stretch it's lifespan

put the excess flour in a bag and store it in the freezer. That way you will have it when you need it and you will not have to buy it again.

My dad made this all the time on sundays. But we put scrambled eggs on the biscuits before we put the gravy on. So good!!!
