Ibuprofen is the only otc pain killer that works for me. Tylenol, aleve, none of them work on me.

ok but does ur meds take the pain away immediately cuz I take tumeric ginger and it doesn't take pain away I still have to take ibuprofen

what is considered excessive and long term? I used ibuprofen when I had menstrual pain, maybe 800mg 2x a day for 2 or 3 days a month.
