@borderlinedbabe: a pretty normal day in the life at the paych wardz 😕 im being discharged on wednesday and i am not okay. im incredibly anxious about returning home and even being home for 1 hour feels strange. i am going to miss my routine here, the familiarity, the support, the access to resources, access to help 24/7, the intensive therapy, the space i have created for myself, the structure, my neighborhood and even the noises around the hospital have started to give me comfort. home is just so quiet. on a positive note, i got closure with my neuropsychologist, we set aside time to talk today and i was honest and communicated that i felt abandoned by him and i needed time to understand/adjust that i can no longer see him and have him explain to me why. it was so helpful to communicate my needs and work with a professional who is willing to accommodate you and support you through uncomfortable moments in therapy. i'm so greatful to have had such a positive experience with one. otherwise, today was pretty normal here at the ward and what a lot of my days have looked like. i'm going to miss the hospital (p.s. i switched up my recording style, the quality is pretty good now eh!) #psychwards #psychwardstaff #psychwardlife #psychwardstuff #psychwardstory #psychwardcheck #psychwardlife #psychwardspecialties #psychwardtok #psychwardthings #bpd #bpdtiktok #bpdawareness #bpdtok #bpdthings #bpddiary #bpddiaries #borderlinepersonalitydisorder #borderlinepersonality #bpdcheck #borderlinepersonalitydisordercheck #bpdtiktok✨ #bpdcreator
