You need to agitate the seats with a brush and cleaner before use the wet vac that’s why it didn’t get all the dirt out.

consider getting seat covers now. will be much easier, you can just wash the seat covers out. less hard work for you.

You need to go until the water is clean but also until no more water comes out. Leave no water in the seat. And rinse with plan water no soap
