In the UK, take an empty bottle through security and take it to any restaurant/bar and ask them to fill it with tap water. They don’t mind

That Calypso after sun, makes your skin so dry even after 5 minutes, I would take some moisturiser to put on over the top x

50 factor suncream actually traps the heat in your better with 30 n just keep applying it to avoid heat stroke xxx

Makes sure you check the stars on the back of the sunscreen. The more stars the better for uv protection (work in a nursery) xxx

Tip - rather than pack calpol etc, get it once through security at boots. Doesn’t count as luggage then :) you can pre order too. Baby formula too.
