Cook on medium high heat and add a packet of French onion soup mix. Once it's almost cooked through add 1/2 cup bbq sauce and 1/4 cup apricot preserves. I like peach too! Reduce the heat and let the sauce thicken and get "sticky". Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. It's a weird sounding combo but has a sweet and tangy flavors that's so tasty in the summer!
