I would bag stuff into alike sections so like veggies and fruits in the same bag, pantry stuff in the same bag so it’d be easier to put away later!

Yes except the freezer stuff. all the bags are sorted, so I bring the freezer bag to the freezer. I pull one bag out onto the counter. Selfcheck sort.
