I’ve heard that Invisalign is not as good as metal braces. I know it’s not ideal for grown ups to have them but, maybe worth a try

I work in a dental office and retainers are for life because teeth have muscle memory and they will always try to go back where they were! 😭

Oh feels! Had braces when I was 16-18, didn’t wear my retainer, teeth moved and got Invisalign at 25 and wear that retainer every single night!!!!

I had the same issue. Had braces, My permanent retainer broke and my top tray never fit so I didn’t wear it, and within 2 years they shifted petty bad
