Make this the next time you have friends over or a date you’re trying to impress and you’ll be engaged before the night is over. I always used to make these in triangles - until my friends mum made these for us and she did them like this, like a little ravioli and she gave me the tip about dipping the “lid” in egg first so it’s easier to mould. I actually thought they were deep fried cheesey ravioli when she first made them - but theyre so much simpler!
