I use a pot and stir the eggs the whole time they are cooking. Gets everything cooked nice and even without turning em into rubber

Are you scrambling in the pan? You get a much more consistent result (and no white bits) if you crack them into a bowl and whisk them with a fork 1st

Have you seen Gordon Ramseys scrambled eggs? They aren’t even cooked. So gross. Overdone eggs are the only way to go.

Makes the eggs in a bowl before you make them and add milk or cream. Trust me it’s way nicer taste way better.
