a lot of times drivers have trouble with those kiosk. it's time consuming and they have to stay on time delivering more than 200 packages a day

In our complex it'd because NOBODY PICKS UP THEIR PACKAGES ON TIME. So now I'm CLIMBING OVER BOXES TO GET MY JELLO CUPS.

Pay a fee and get a text DAILY about how the lockers are full bc people never grab their packages from them and theres TONS stacked everywhere 🤪

My apartment was just like this. When one of the UPS drivers was mandated to use the lockers, he just stopped delivering packages.
