My recipe for stuffed bell peppers include mushrooms and parsley. I don’t cut them in half. I then cook them on the stove for 1h and 1h in the oven😊

in Bulgaria we use meet for meatballs, and we don't cut the paper half, we remove the top and full the whole paper.

You could also cut the top of pepper and stuff it.Even tomatoes also.The stuffing having mint makes it better.Greek summer food
