@benpruitt_fit: the nutritional values on the label are reflective of the RAW weight. 448 is the weight of food RAW (112×4 servings) the weight of the food reduces after you cook it due to loss of water and other fluids. However the nutritional value does not change. so the reason we are using 380 is because 380 is the weight of the food cooked. So the nutritional value of 448g Raw is equal to the nutritional value of 380gcooked.
