@jessbloom_: TRY THIS 5 MINUTE LUNCH IDEA 👏🏽 Because I think it’s safe to say everyone can spare 5 minutes in their day to prep this 😂 I made 2 portions so I have another one for tomorrow😄 I’m also obsessed with some new meal prep bits I got from Citron 😍 this particular one keeps your food hot/cold for hours which is a dream 👏🏽 Ingredients (for 1 portion) 50g dry cous cous (I actually prefer giant cous cous in this recipe but I only had normal in the cupboard!) 80g reduced fat halloumi 50g cucumber 50g cherry tomatoes 50g celery 15g pomegranate seeds Handful fresh mint Handful flaked almonds 10ml honey 8ml olive oil Half lemon juice Salt and pepper Cook your cous cous as per packet instructions and fry your halloumi in a pan, then simply combine all the ingredients together!
