@monette_grows: If you are starting your weightloss journey, my biggest tip would be to take it slow and focus more on building better eating and movement habits to make your journey sustainable. Do activities that you like so that moving will not feel like a chore but more of something fun. My weightloss journey was rollercoaster ride. I was fat then skinny fat, then fat again, then lost weight but wasn’t happy about my strength and physique, and now I’m back at my old weight of 68 kg but with a different body composition. I’m trusting the process as I still have a long way to go, I just finished my bulk and I’m going to maintain/body recomp at this weight. I now accept my body more as I know I’ve put work to be where I am right now. I’m going with better food choices as I remember binging on a lot of bread and sweets before due to stress-eating. I still eat donut, pizza, pasta, ice cream ☺️ etc and I’m not guilty about it, I eat sometimes in moderation, sometimes not 🤷‍♀️ I know I’m going to use it to fuel my body and its okay as it is not my everyday food choice.
