Coat the chicken with some cornstarch and pinch on baking soda first - then plunge in rolling boil stock and thyme/laurel leaves - pressure cook 😎👍 you can drain the stock and put in a jar and let refrigerate, then cook any soup or bean chilli or veg with the hardened fat strained 😎👍 the chicken will be way juicier 🥰
