Escorra bem e coloque em uma tigela. Amasse as lentilhas com azeite, limão, sal e cominho. Misture até formar uma pasta rústica. Aqueça os pães rapidamente em uma frigideira ou forno baixo. Coloque os pães em uma cesta simples. Adicione as tâmaras ao lado. Acrescente as azeitonas em uma pequena tigela ou diretamente na cesta. Coloque a pasta de lentilhas em um pequeno pote de barro ou cerâmica. Finalize com ervas frescas. Sirva como uma refeição humilde, compartilhável e acolhedora.
