He should have said “ debit card is YOUR money”. If someone steals from a credit card “which is the banks money” the bank will make sure they find a way to get the money back!

This advice is only for people who can handle it. Not everyone is a credit card person. I love credit cards, just be careful.

In other words when u use credit it's the bank's money and debit its urs. easier to dispute credit since it's their money and not urs

Banker here! Especially never use a debit card for any subscription or recurring transaction. Always use a debit card for POS, cash back to save fees.

banker here. you can dispute debit card charges as well if it gets compromised. credit card you "borrow" someone else's money and pay interest on it.
