@eco.amical: I grew up in a very mixed household and saw ingredients used to make recipes that were not always conventional. We used whatever we had in the kitchen and saved whatever we could to make the next meal. This way of cooking makes a very creative process. I’m merging eastern and western cooking using chinese cabbage otherwise known as napa cabbage. Mix in salt, let it sit, and it will drain out the excess liquid. Save the liquid for your next stir frys and this concoction is going to be an Asian inspired coleslaw, add homemade ginger vinegar, and 2 tbs of any kind of mayo, super quick to make and great for burgers and hotdogs.
