Add the egg whites and a pinch of salt to the bowl and mix with the electric mixer until stiff. 2. In a separate bowl add the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and mix until the sugar dissolve. Incorporate the egg whites with the spatula. Finally, add the flour and mix it all together well. 3. Fill the piping bag with the mixture and make the lady's fingers shape on the baking tray covered with parchment paper. 4. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and transfer them to the oven.
