Operation Muscle Mummy is a go 💪🏻 And by go I mean doing what I can when I can 🤣 I've been training roughly 3 days per week at the moment Sometimes with Rivah strapped to me and sometimes without, depending on the day 🩵 I've been going for a 20 min walk each day - it's not far at all but it's got some incline hills which have been kicking my butt, and as you guys saw in my video the other day, Rivah boy hates the pram so he is my weighted vest 🤣 My nutrition is pretty much the same as it's always been Breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert with the main theme being protein with either a side of fruit or vegetables. In between each of those meals I'm snacking on either protein or fruit as I'm breastfeeding and need the extra energy. Water is atleast 5-6 litres per day, staying hydrated is a must for optimal milk production but also my well being 🩷 It's been a while since I've taken pics like this as I've honestly felt like a squishy blob lately hahaha It's good to have my period back finally as it seems to have given me a little strength back 💪🏻 looking forward to the happy hormones also as postpartum has been a wild ride of not feeling that great tbh 😭❤️ LOVE this era of me, being a mum is what I was born to do & I'm so grateful for everything this season has brought so far! Alright that's my update guys, I'm off to get back to looking after my little bubba along with tending to our TNT challengers as today is checkin day 💪🏻 Much love xxxxx
