Nov 8th I'm going to be a yr that I had my surgery for my meniscus tear, still not 100% back to normal, it is annoying.. I have good days and bad days but I hate the bad days I'm going to try this

Thanks for this queen. I go Tuesday for mine. My Meniscus tore, flipped, and is trapped b/t my ACL and knee. They tried to get mw to rent that $400 ice machine
