@j.t.odonnell: Replying to @Katertot How To Ask About A Flexoble Work Schedule During A Job Interview 🤔🤨😮😐 I have found that since the pandemic, most companies that offer a really good flexible work schedules talk about it in the job description or in the very first interview because they know it’s a benefit in the perked a lot of people want today. If you’re in the interview process and they’re not bringing it up, then I would argue. It’s likely they have a set schedule. What I wouldn’t do is wait until you get the job offer to ask this type of question. It could feel manipulative because they’ve made you the offer and now you’re trying to get some thing out of them. Instead, I would ask in the very final interview what their policy is on flex time. Based on the answer, you’ll be able to tell if you want to move forward. Just know that when you ask that question if their answer is that there isn’t flex time, you may not be considered for the job because they’ll assume that’s what you’re looking for. But that point it’s important to you so better to learn now then later. #flextime #howto #howtoask #flexible #flexwork #workschedule #interviewtips #interviewquestions #interviewtipsandtricks
