You have to prepare it. First you cut it then your dip it in the water not to hot nor cold but let it soak for 15 mins and then you use it 🥺

It usually comes in a smaller size so it can reach the teeth it the back. Use it perpendicular to the tooth surface with a circular motions 👏🏼
