@thesleepconcierge: 👶💤 Ever watch your baby stand up, shout for a bit, then happily lie down and fall asleep? Or maybe they bang their legs or rub their head back and forth before drifting off. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone – and you’re not doing anything wrong! Each baby is unique, and their way of winding down for sleep can be just as individual. Whether they let off a quick cry, curl up and suck their thumb, or have a shout like my little one, it’s all part of their unique settling style. 🛌 These behaviors don’t mean there’s something wrong with your baby or that you’ve stamped out their ability to signal when they need you. Often, it’s temperament-based and a healthy part of the process. So here’s to normalising the diverse ways our little ones settle into sleep. Whether you’ve sleep trained or not, these quirks are just another sign of their unique personalities shining through. Keep going, Mama, you’re doing great. 🌟 Need support in understanding your baby’s sleep patterns? click the link in my bio to book a consultation or download my $27 sleep guide to teach your baby how to self settle.
