When Imam Sajjad ع alongside Bibi Zainab س and other family members of Rasul e Khuda saw, were brought to this court and were made to stand before that tyrant, he asked the Imam ع, who are you? Imam Sajjad ع introduced himself and the matters took such a turn that yazeed la and his supporters were obliged to disrupt his speech. They asked 7 mu’azzins to pronounce Azaan at the same time. Naturally the Imam ع, too, had to become silent but at the same time He ع availed of an opportunity. When the mu’azzins said: “I testify that Muhammad pbuh is the Prophet of Allah swt” He ع took off his turban and said: “O mu’azzins! I beseech you in the name of this very Muhammad pbuh to keep quiet”. Then He ع turned to yazeed la and said: “Is this great and magnanimous Prophet your grandfather or our grandfather? If you say that he is your grandfather all of them know that you will be telling a lie. And if you say that he is my grandfather why did you kill my father and plundered his property and made his women captives?” Until now in the court of yazeed la, 7 people pronounce Azaan at the same time.
