It’s not good for your cholesterol, not good for your triglycerides,, and not good for your waistline. If there was a single type of food I would encourage you to avoid it’s fried food. Terms like “crispy” often refer to fried. Ask if there’s an alternative, like if you can get it grilled, or get a baked potato instead of french fries. Remember: Every french fry is 27 calories.
