She didn’t disclose because most people don’t really understand that cold sores are herpes. That’s not something people talked about until more recently.

I think people dont know this! I never get cold sores, but I also know people that has had this always winter time, I never knew it was hsv1

Up to 90% of ppl of HSV 1 and can spread it. Only a smaller percent present with a cold sore. So most everyone needs to disclose? Hm.

This is like thinking shaking hands with an hiv positive person gives you hiv. Lip herpes isn’t contagious when it’s not flaring up
