shade the back of the tracing paper with pencil and go over the lines again on top of watercolor paper. it should transfer! that or a bright window 😊

Lightboard or a bright window or a glass table with a light under it? I’ve done transfers of my drawings that way. :)

Just shade the back of your tracing with pencil, flip it, trace. The pencil will transfer. Or, shade a separate paper to make a reusable transfer page

I would say scan it and adjust the size digitally to fit the size of the watercolor paper, using a light table trace the piece

scan and print it in reverse. wet paper. place print copy face down. it will transfer.
