There are also certain cities & counties that have salary tarnsparency laws like: Cincinatti, Ohio Ithica, New York Jersey City, New Jersey Toledo, Ohio …and more! 🙅🏼‍♀️ Now, don’t go into your next interview all entitled demanding the salary.
