I went through this mid-30s except it was pulling down an eye tooth to fill a gap. It took a while after the pallet expansion happened super quickly. The body is a crazy lil scamp.

Here’s a tip the wire they use in the braces is effected by heat so drink more warm drinks and they will move faster
