On windows the windows key + V opens clipboard history. Simply copy all of the values in the menu and then paste them using the clipboard history

On mac I just screenshot and use the auto text scanning in preview to highlight and copy from there.

Copy the hexagon code, paste it into ChatGPT and ask him to write the cmyk, rgb and hsb code one below the other. This way you save a lot of time.
