I think the rubber seal where it screws to the cup is upside down maybe? That happened to me once and I flip it and it worked

I use a yeti with the straw lid, no leaks. I knock over and drop everything so no leaks is a must for me!

I will just stick to my 32oz Bubba I got at Walmart for $8 like 7yrs ago 😂😂 no leaks and stays cold.
