I've seen that in Egypt. One side in English and one side Arabic with different prices. I'm foreign but ordered in Arabic and pointed to lower prices

Happened to me at a MAJOR karaoke chain in Japan. They gave me the English price lists at the front desk when I clearly could read the Japanese info.
