@kimonomom: Ingredients • 100g spagetti • 1L water • 1tbsp salt • 1Umeboshi (Japanese plum pickles) • 1tbsp UMAMI Sauce • 1tbsp boiled pasta water • 10g unsalted butter • Shirasu (white bite) • Shiso (Perilla leaves) Chop the Umeboshi.
