@katerobbllc: What happens if a customer wants to cancel their print on demand order but the item has already entered production?? Sellers have to rely on their shop policies in situations like these!! My tips ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. Make sure you have “No returns or exchanges” turned on for each listing. 2. Add an FAQ section to the bottom of your shop where you clearly state what your policies on cancellations are. Mine reads something like “Orders cannot be cancelled once an item has entered production. All sales are final!” 3. In situations like these, be firm but kind to your customers!
