@chefthombateman: Sweet Chilli Sauce Full recipe below. 100g caster sugar 100ml water 50ml rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar) 4 garlic cloves minced 2 tbsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp chilli powder (or paprika) 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 heaped tbsp cornflour mixed with cold water 1. Melt the sugar in the water, add the vinegar and garlic 2. Add the chilli flakes and powder 3. Season with soy and fish sauce 4. Thicken using the cornflour mixed with cold water 5. Use a medium heat throughout, store in a fridge for up to 3 months #series #sauce #reels
