Use it on shorter hair. The longer it is the more it hurts. I use it weekly and I usually only have stubble. Doesn't hurt as much.

wax the first time before you epilate!! And as the hair grows back epilate everyday! That way you’re plucking less hair and it hurts less

Recommend doing this after a bath and let it dry, apply a powder then use epilator. Apply aloe vera after to soothe!!
