@thecarvideoguy: How to get SMOOTH car videos 👇 1. Use a gimbal For these shots i used the DJI Ronin S with low deathband and slow pan & tilt movements. Always try to keep the object centered. Practice makes perfect. If you don’t have a gimbal there are many other options like IBIS or lens stabalization to get smooth footage. This is 🔑 for the end result! 2. Shoot in 60 fps. This allows you to speed ramp, slow down & smoothen out the footage in post production. 3. Planar tracker Using the Davinci Resolve planar tracker fusion function, you are able to smoothen the clips even more by keeping certain parts centered in the frame. (Also possible in Premiere pro or after effects.) 4. Transitions Use speed ramps in the beginning or ending of clips to bring a smooth transition. 5. Motion blur Add a some motion blur effect on the transitions to make the transitions look natural to the 👁️ #carreels #cargram #cinematography
