Make 4 holes in the underside of the full tube. Thread string, or elastic through the holes to make the legs. Add beads to your legs and finish with a bottle tops. Make a hole on top of the head and body to hang your puppet from. Attach your unicorn using string/elastic and to a lolly pop stick.
