Youngook is the son-in-law who joined the Lee fam after they made the move to SA back in the Y2K days. I dove into tradition with Chikhan Sikhye – a sweet rice delight, followed by the showstopper: Bulgogi Bibimbap! 🍚🍳 This dish came with a squad of Banchan superstars – egg rolls, homemade kimchi, and beansprouts. Think a rice bowl loaded with veg, marinated meat ( beef!), a sunny-side-up egg, and heaps of Bibimbap sauce. 🌟 Banchan's all about family with heartwarming service and seriously good eats.
