@jasonandlaurenpak: TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE: Plyo + Power Edition! 🔥 Whether you're actually taking the field in a sport you love, or just playing the sport of life, training like an athlete helps to armor your body to be able to handle whatever life throws at you. For me, as I get older but want to continue playing flag football for as long as possible, I know I need to dedicate time in the gym to preparing my body to be able to cut, jump, sprint, change directions, etc. Adding in plyometrics and power development drills not only helps me to be a more agile and powerful athlete, but it also helps to build up resiliency in my joints and tendons and decrease my risk for injury.
