@catherinegrey.xo: Reese’s PB Pie! 😋🥜🍫🥧 Ingredients: Crust: -196 grams chocolate teddy grahams -1 tbsp light brown sugar -7 tbsp melted butter Filling: -8oz softened cream cheese -3/4 cup powered sugar plus 2tbsp, divided -1 cup creamy PB -1 cup heavy whipping cream -1 tsp vanilla extract Toppings: -melted chocolate -melted PB -chopped up reeses cups -chocolate chips -PB chips Instructions: -Preheat oven to 325 -Process teddy grahams and brown sugar in a food processor until finely ground. Add melted butter and pulse until moistened. Press into bottom of 9 inch pie plate & bake for 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool -In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, and PB until light and fluffy -In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until thick. Add in the remaining 2 tbs of powdered sugar and the vanilla extract. Continue to whip until stiff peaks form -Fold the whipped cream into the PB mixture.
