Ask your doc to refer him to Westmead Children's Hospital. My son was born with Achondroplasia & up until he was 18 he went there for everything 1/2

if you're lucky enough to have it done in one of the kids state hospitals .yes it's fully covered but you need to meet certain criterias for that.
