@ninjakitchenau: Cooking DINNER and DESSERT at the same time on the Ninja Foodi Max XXXL Dual Zone Air Fryer AF400 🍫🍝😋 Lasagne 1 serve of bolognese from my cookbook (recipe below) 1 packet pasta sheets (I use Barilla dry egg lasagne sheets) 1 portion of bechamel 1 cup mozzarella A generous grating of pecorino romano Bolognese: Ingredients: 1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil 1 brown onion, peeled and diced 2 stalks of celery, leaves removed and diced 1 large carrot, skin on and diced 500g beef mince ¾ cup (180mL) dry white wine 2 cups (500g) crushed tomatoes 1 cup (250mL) milk ¼ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp salt Brownie: 125g butter 125g dark chocolate 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup brown sugar ¾ plain flour 1 generous pinch of sea salt flakes Method: Melt butter and dark chocolate in a bain marie or small pot on induction. Once melted, quickly whisk in eggs and vanilla bean paste. Add sugar and combine again. Add flour and salt and gently mix until just combined. Pour batter into the Ninja tray lined with baking paper and cook on ‘bake’ mode for 25 mins on 160C. This will be a little undercooked and fudgey so you can cook it a little longer if you prefer but I think a cooled, fudgey brownie is ideal for dessert with ice cream.
