@thesleepconcierge: Replying to @Tzo CIO. Lets talk about it! Cry it out aka extinction method involves putting your baby to bed and not going in until a set feed time or a set wake up time. Hence, there will be crying. I sit very comfortably in the Ferber and responsive settling part of the sleep training spectrum but I work with a whole range of sleep training techniques. Its important that sleep training is always done in a safe sleep environment and that any behavioural sleep techniques are the final piece of the puzzle. There has to be a holistic overview of sleep first to line everything up, because sometimes all you need is a new schedule and that does the trick! There’s enough shaming and judgement in the parenting space as it is already. You don’t ever have to do anything you dont want to when it comes to you and your baby’s sleep. #TheSleepConcierge #SleepConsultant #SleepTips #babysleephelp #toddlersleephelp #sleeptraining #sleeptrainingtips #cryitout
Did Ferber and slept thought at 5 mo now 7 mo consistently waking at 4am for feeding and then 530am. Does he need the feeding or should I CIO til 6am?

Tzo :
I try not to judge,I just don’t want any extra burden on parents and I feel that the “sleep insustry” puts that on us.
