@nourished.by.mads: Lemon basil orzo — one of my all time favorite meals. Here’s the recipe! ••• Ingredients: (Recipe serves 2) • 1 cup of dry orzo • 2 small lemons; or 1 large lemon • 1/8 cup of chopped basil • 1 tbsp butter • 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan • Salt + pepper Recipe: 1. Fill up a pot with water and salt the water. Bring to a boil. 2. Once boiling, add in 1 cup of dry orzo and boil for 8 minutes. 3. On a cutting board, chop 2 small lemons in half(or 1 large lemon). 4. Chop your basil. 5. Grate your Parmesan. 6. Once orzo is done boiling, drain the pot and put the orzo back in original pot. 7. Add in your butter and let it melt fully. Add in lemons, basil, salt and pepper. 8. Add into your bowl and then top with Parmesan. Enjoy! #orzo #pasta #orzotok
