I was on spiro and bc for 4 years. A year ago I got off bc but stayed on spiro. Worst acne ever even on 100mg spiro. Hopefully your skin does better

Just a heads up, my dermatologist told me to stay on birth control with the spironolactone. I guess it can cause some serious birth defects!
